Terms of Service

Welcome to THN India. By accessing or using our platform at thnindia.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the THN India website and all associated services
  • "Student" refers to a user registered as a student seeking internships, OJT, or employment
  • "Employer" refers to a hotel, resort, or hospitality company registered to post jobs
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to register. Accounts are authenticated via OTP.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information in your profile.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may only create one account per phone number.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

3. Student Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful information in your profile, including education, skills, and experience
  • Upload only authentic documents (resumes, certificates, ID proofs)
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Respond professionally to employer communications
  • Do not apply to positions you have no genuine interest in or qualification for

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate company information and job descriptions
  • Post only legitimate internship, OJT, or employment opportunities
  • Do not post misleading job descriptions or compensation details
  • Respond to applicants in a reasonable and professional manner
  • Do not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment
  • Do not charge students any fees for internship placements through the Platform

5. Admin Review and Moderation

  • All student profiles and job postings are subject to admin review and approval
  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any profile or listing that violates these Terms
  • We may request additional information or verification at any time
  • Approval of a profile or listing does not constitute an endorsement

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
  • Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, and software, is the property of THN India. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, certificates, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it to relevant employers and administrators on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That any student will receive an internship or job offer
  • That any employer will find suitable candidates
  • The accuracy of information provided by other users
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

THN India is a platform that connects students and employers. We are not a party to any employment or internship agreement between users. We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct of any student or employer on or off the Platform
  • The terms, conditions, or quality of any internship or job
  • Any disputes between students and employers
  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@thnindia.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
