PG Diploma (STEP)
OCLD offers the STEP (Systematic Training and Education Programme) for 10+2 graduates, a 3-year programme combining on-the-job training at Oberoi/Trident hotels with a degree from IGNOU. Admissions are merit-based with no application fee. Applications open in February, interviews in April-May, and sessions start in August. A Post-Graduate Management Programme is also available for hotel management graduates aged 19-25.
